Requirements

Active NMLS license & 2+ years of self-generated mortgage origination experience.
Proven ability to structure and close loans efficiently.
A hunger to grow and a mindset to win—we coach, mentor, and elevate top performers.

Responsibilities

Educate & close – Help clients find the best loan solutions while securing the deal.
Manage & grow – Handle a high-volume pipeline while expanding your network.
Build relationships – Partner with Realtors, financial advisors, and other key referral sources.
Own the process – Work closely with our elite Operations Team to ensure smooth transactions.
