About The Position

This is an excellent opportunity for a loan officer with a strong track record who is looking for a flexible, remote role with competitive commission, draw structure, and a full suite of mortgage products to offer clients. Position Overview As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will guide clients through the home financing process, from application to closing, while providing exceptional customer service. You will work remotely with a supportive team and leverage the banks full suite of mortgage products to meet diverse client needs. This role requires strong sales skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain relationships while navigating the regulatory environment of a federal bank.

Requirements

• 2+ years of mortgage lending experience (retail, correspondent, or wholesale).
• Proven ability to generate leads and close loans efficiently.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and jumbo loans.
• NMLS license required.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Originate, process, and close mortgage loans for qualified borrowers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, realtors, and referral partners.
• Assess client financial situations and recommend appropriate mortgage products.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and bank policies throughout the loan process.
• Maintain accurate records of all loan applications, communications, and documentation.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual production goals.
