Maintains contacts and good working relationships with real estate brokers and builders to assure a favorable image of the organization and to provide information regarding current loan policies and procedures. Attend and participate in sales meetings, training, and business-generating activities to maintain a competitive edge and sustain production. Networks with agents, attorneys, and CPA’s to development referral base Identifying future homebuyers through advertising, seminars, and other channels Verify the information provided on applications to obtain more information if missing data or mistakes are present. Determine financing objectives and goals Collects data and supporting loan documentation from customers such as their assets, income documents, additional debts, and applicant history with credit bureaus. Maintain constant communication with clients via email, phone, messaging services, and mail from application to closing and post-closing. Remains aware of loan application deadlines, and inform customers about them
