Requirements

• Currently producing Mortgage Loan Originators with stable work history.
• Closing 1 residential home loan a month on average.
• Must be currently licensed with NMLS.
• An established referral database for sourcing your own purchase leads.

Responsibilities

• Developing long-term relationships with realtors, homebuilders, and other self-generated purchase-focused referral sources through daily, weekly, and monthly touches.
• Serving borrowers as the subject matter expert on the mortgage process and product knowledge.
• Originating and closing residential home loans.
