Requirements

• Passion for helping people achieve their dreams.
• Experience selling and/or engaged in a service-oriented environment.
• Self-directed, motivated, results-driven.
• Comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including persuasive selling skills.

• Participate in the IGNITE training program to enhance skills and learn the mortgage business.
