Requirements
- Previous Sales Experience
- Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and be responsive to feedback
- Availability: Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM, with two late nights until 9 PM.
Responsibilities
- Support Loan Officers by gathering and reviewing client documents.
- Communicate with clients, underwriters, and processors to keep loans on track.
- Maintain accurate records and update loan files.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and follow up on applications.
- Ensure all lending processes comply with regulations and company policies.
