Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the banking or mortgage industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Associate's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
Familiarity with mortgage loan processing software and tools.
Knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations.

Responsibilities

Assist Loan Officers in gathering and organizing client documentation required for loan applications.
