About The Position
Under general supervision, but in accordance with established policies and procedures, the Mortgage Loan Administrator is responsible for processing loan applications to closing, including new loan applications and construction loans. The role involves establishing loan files and ordering documentation required to process loans, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all loan documentation, and processing loans efficiently.
