About The Position

Join our growing community bank as a Mortgage Lending Specialist and play a key role in guiding customers through the full mortgage process—from application to closing. In this hybrid role based out of West Lebanon, NH, you’ll process applications, prepare disclosures, manage documentation, perform underwriting reviews, and ensure every loan file meets investor and regulatory standards. You’ll also support appraisal orders, rate lock updates, pipeline management, PMI submissions, and quality control to keep our lending operations running smoothly and efficiently.

We’re looking for a detail‑driven lending professional with 3–5 years of mortgage processing or underwriting experience, strong knowledge of lending systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. As a key partner to clients, brokers, attorneys, and internal teams, you’ll deliver exceptional service while supporting special programs and cross‑training across the department.
