This position is focused on originating Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs), portfolio loans, and fixed-rate loans that are sold in the secondary market, including purchases and refinances. The role involves initiating and executing revenue-generating activities such as business development, customer and referral relationship development, community outreach, and financial education, all documented in CRM software. The employee will manage the loan pipeline and customer expectations through effective communication throughout the loan process. Additionally, the position requires structuring loans according to customer goals and credit acceptance practices, collecting and analyzing borrower information, preparing loan requests, and ensuring compliance with various guidelines. The role also includes cross-selling additional bank products and providing financial counseling. This is a non-exempt, full-time position that may require evening and weekend hours, as well as frequent overtime during peak times.
