About The Position

NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Inspector to join our growing team in Washingtom County, Mississippi. As a Mortgage Inspector at NOFS, you will be responsible for conducting inspections on residential properties to ensure occupancy status. This is a Contractor Other position and the successful candidate will work independently, without supervision, to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently. Requirements

• Drivers License, insurance and reliable transportation.
• Must pass background check to obtain Aspen Grove number, not reimbursed.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Proficient with technology and able to learn new software and tools quickly
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Ability to travel to various properties in Washington County and potentially other surrounding counties.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer 6 months in the inspections field, or working as a 1099 employee

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to ensure occupancy status, deliver delinquency letters, conduct insurance inspections
• Utilize inspection software and tools to document and report findings
• Take photos of properties and deliver documents as needed
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics
• Communicate with account manager in a professional manner
• Keep up to date with industry regulations and guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections
• Maintain professionalism at all times.
