Responsibilities

• Support business partners with knowledge of the mortgage/equity process from start to finish.
• Troubleshoot complex tickets related to mortgage and equity systems.
• Collaborate with various teams, vendors, and leadership to resolve issues.
• Provide root cause analysis during system outages and communicate updates to business partners.
• Perform basic SQL queries and updates as needed.
• Conduct weekend system validations and provide coverage on a rotation schedule.
