About The Position

LMCU is seeking a Mortgage Disclosure Support Analyst to provide administrative support to the Mortgage Division. This role involves assisting members in a professional and confidential manner, ensuring accurate processing of mortgage-related documents, and managing loan files to facilitate efficient loan delivery.

Requirements

• Three or more years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
• Prior experience working in the mortgage industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist mortgage officers with ordering flood certification and requesting tax transcripts.
• Perform general clerical and administrative support for the Mortgage Division.
• Manage the shipping calendar for all closed loans to maximize loan delivery times.
• Establish and review mortgage loan files, verifying that all required documents are included.
• Distribute original loan files to investors.
• Maintain internal loan files.
