Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • 2+ years of experience in loan processing (Required)
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • You understand real estate lending forms, disclosure requirements, TRID regulations, and mortgage closing procedures
  • You’re comfortable reviewing detailed fee itemizations and ensuring compliance accuracy
  • You bring strong organizational, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills, even under tight deadlines
  • You communicate clearly and professionally, and work well with teammates and customers
  • You’re proficient with MS Office and lending software, and you pick up new systems quickly
  • You have basic accounting skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • You handle confidential information securely and exercise sound judgment
  • You’re familiar with federal and state real‑estate lending regulations

Responsibilities

  • Order initial disclosures and re-disclosures in alignment with RESPA, TILA, MDIA, ECOA, HMDA and TRID regulations within required timelines
  • Add signed documents to the eFolder in Encompass
  • Perform post‑closing reviews on completed loan files
  • Prepare and maintain daily status reports for disclosure due dates for loan originators
  • Prepare requests for tax transcripts
  • Comply with all policies, procedures, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines
