Requirements

  • 1+ year of recent customer service experience (call center preferred; admin/front desk considered).
  • Proficiency with Windows PC and basic computer literacy.
  • Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of call center experience.
  • Background in insurance or mortgage servicing.

Responsibilities

  • Handle 35–45 inbound calls per day from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions.
  • Answer questions related to homeowners insurance, including payments and coverage.
  • Navigate multiple systems to research and document calls accurately.
  • Deliver quick, professional, and accurate resolutions while meeting internal and external standards.
