About The Position

Assist Residential Lenders with the coordination and processing of home loans for secondary market lending programs. Fast paced position that requires organization and time management skills to hit targeted closing dates and lock expiration with investors. Promote a great customer and referral partner experience to build additional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and processes client files to fit the standards of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, USDA, VA and FDHA to secondary investor’s guidelines.
• Order all documents need for approval submission to include title, appraisal, private mortgage insurance and homeowners insurance.
• Obtaining additional information needed from the client to complete loan approval and is proactive to meet closing and investor commitments and closing dates.
• File review and obtains necessary documents to process loans and analyze all aspects of the file to prepare to the underwriting for approval.
• Review and clear conditions for final approval.
• Prepare closing documents and work with title company referral partners.
• Fund loans closed and ship file to investor by key lock dates.
• Clear funding conditions.
• Monitors post-closing trailing documents.
