About The Position
The Mortgage Closing/Post-Closing Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the mortgage loan closing and post-closing process to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant loan file delivery. This role involves managing a team of closers and post-closing specialists, coordinating with internal departments and external partners, and ensuring adherence to investor, regulatory, and company guidelines. The manager ensures that all loan documents are properly prepared, signed, reviewed, and submitted in accordance with established timelines and quality standards.
