About The Position
The Closer will prepare and review closing documents for mortgage loans working in both retail and wholesale channels. The Mortgage Closer is to coordinate the closing process by confirming that all documents are correct, within compliance, and meet agency guidelines. This position will also be responsible for performing a multitude of tasks such as preparing closing documents, being a point of contact, coordinating closings, and ensuring loans are compliant.
