About The Position
Looking to grow your career in mortgage servicing? Join our team as a Mortgage Clerk , where your attention to detail and organizational skills will play a key role in supporting loan operations and customer service. Location: Onsite (100%) Schedule: Monday–Friday, Schedule between 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- One (1) year of mortgage processing required
- Must pass a Public Trust background check (financial check may apply)

Responsibilities
- Process mortgage payments, payoffs, and insurance updates
- Contact insurance companies and handle loan correspondence
- Perform data entry, document imaging, and account research
- Update system notes and electronic customer files
- Respond to calls, emails, and voicemails
- Support loss claims, bankruptcy cases, and SFH loan program tasks
