Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S degree required and/or equivalent experience in related field
  • Proficient reading, writing, grammar; excellent analytical and mathematics skills
  • Above average interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to create, implement and maintain workflows based on current project
  • Excellent computer skills and data base retrieval knowledge; MS Office required; ICE MT Encompass and Power BI preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate analyzation of data from reports/workbooks
  • Highly organized; results driven with competency to be proficient, effective and efficient
  • Minimum of four years’ experience in mortgage software management, accounting, finance, or banking strongly preferred.
  • ICE Mortgage Encompass admin experience strongly preferred.
  • All applicants must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with department managers and supervisors to integrate system enhancements, custom requests and process changes to improve operational efficiency
  • Assist with resolving system issues efficiently, including end user related issues
  • Assist with the development, testing, and implementation of new products and system updates/changes
  • Assist with the review, training, and implementation of applicable manual updates
  • Assist with all department change requests
  • Coordinate with management to communicate system enhancements, etc., to applicable employees
  • Update and maintain user access to systems including Encompass and Finastra
  • Work closely with the Data Analytics team to develop Power BI reporting and assist with data validation
  • Provide data analysis to support process changes
  • Work with Audit and Compliance Departments to maintain adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Other duties as assigned or directed
