Requirements

B.A. or B.S degree required and/or equivalent experience in related field
Proficient reading, writing, grammar; excellent analytical and mathematics skills
Above average interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to create, implement and maintain workflows based on current project
Excellent computer skills and data base retrieval knowledge; MS Office required; ICE MT Encompass and Power BI preferred
Ability to demonstrate analyzation of data from reports/workbooks
Highly organized; results driven with competency to be proficient, effective and efficient
Minimum of four years’ experience in mortgage software management, accounting, finance, or banking strongly preferred.
ICE Mortgage Encompass admin experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Work closely with department managers and supervisors to integrate system enhancements, custom requests and process changes to improve operational efficiency
Assist with resolving system issues efficiently, including end user related issues
Assist with the development, testing, and implementation of new products and system updates/changes
Assist with the review, training, and implementation of applicable manual updates
Assist with all department change requests
Coordinate with management to communicate system enhancements, etc., to applicable employees
Update and maintain user access to systems including Encompass and Finastra
Work closely with the Data Analytics team to develop Power BI reporting and assist with data validation
Provide data analysis to support process changes
Work with Audit and Compliance Departments to maintain adherence to regulatory requirements
Other duties as assigned or directed
