About The Position

RGroup Realty is expanding and building a performance-based lender partner network to support buyer agents, investor clients, landlords, and Sell & Stay prospects. This is a strategic partnership, not a vendor list. RGroup Realty operates a structured ecosystem that includes Residential Sales, Property Management, Investor Services, Landlord Conversion Programs, and Sell & Stay Opportunities. Their marketing arm (Sizzle Marketing) and automation platform (GHL + IDX Broker) generates structured buyer and investor conversations. They are looking for lenders who want to plug into that system and grow with them.

Requirements

• Independent Mortgage Broker
• Correspondent Lender
• Competitive Retail Loan Officer
• DSCR / Investor-Focused Lender
• Creative Financing Specialist
• Offer some or all of the following: Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo products, Down payment assistance familiarity, DSCR / Investor loans, Bank statement loans, Creative financing solutions
• Fast pre-approval turnaround
• Clear, consistent communication
• Fast pre-approvals (same day preferred)
• Weekend availability when needed
• Clear borrower communication
• Solid reputation with title and escrow
• Willingness to educate agents and clients
