About The Position

We are seeking a Mortgage Application Processor to assist members with their mortgage loan applications, and to process and prepare loans for underwriting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to four years of similar or related experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze financial documents for residential loan application files.
• Analyze credit reports to validate debt to income ratio.
• Update, organize, and clear all loan conditions.
• Create a loan summary to submit mortgage loan application files for underwriting.
• Review appraisals and title commitments for accuracy.
• Obtain property title commitment, survey, appraisal, flood certification, homeowners’ insurance, and PMI.
• Collaborate with MLO's and underwriting to resolve any complications.
• Provide support and guidance to borrowers.
