Join us and be part of something bigger. Job Description: Our Las Vegas–based branch of Lower is built by a small team that has worked together for over a decade and values long-term collaboration. We focus on delivering a clear, professional mortgage experience grounded in strong communication, sound judgment, and taking responsibility for the quality of our work. In this role, you’ll support an experienced team by owning key parts of the borrower experience, staying closely connected with clients and referral partners, and helping ensure loan files are structured thoughtfully and prepared to move forward. Who you are: A strong communicator who is comfortable speaking with borrowers and real estate partners. Organized and detail-oriented, with a high standard for accuracy and follow-through. A problem solver who can think independently and ask for support when needed. Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple files and deadlines. Solutions-focused with a consistent “how can this be done” mindset.
