About The Position
The Mortgage Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the accounting department by managing lender draw requests and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements across the portfolio. This position is essential in maintaining efficient financial operations, requiring a detail-oriented and proactive approach. In addition to handling lender communications, the Mortgage Administrator will also support internal unclaimed property reviews, contributing to the organization's overall financial accuracy and integrity. Success in this role relies on strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external lending partners. This role can be based out of either our Conshohocken, PA or Victor, NY office.
