Morning Full Time Server
About The Position
We are looking for morning servers to join our team! The right candidate will have the ability to provide great service to our resident's while being able to maintain a clean and sanitary working environment and excellent customer service. This shift is specifically for someone who can work 6:30am to 2:00pm with a weekend rotation At Hubbard Hill, individual attention and hospitality are priorities. Whether facing short-term rehabilitation or long-term nursing care, residents and their families work with our interdisciplinary team to create a personalized plan of care and services designed to meet their physical, emotional, spiritual, and social needs and goals. Our unique design provides easy access to several lounges, a therapy gym, spacious dining rooms that serve delicious meals, and fireplaces, as well as gazebos and courtyards landscaped by our master gardener. Requirements
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
- Experience waiting tables in a hotel, restaurant or club with fine dining preferred; will train.
- Ability to interpret and explain menu, refer or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understands requests.
- Ability to work in close cooperation with residents.
- Off rotating weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Serving meals to residents in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Maintains safe and sanitary conditions in working areas.
- Maintains acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress code.
- Completes all assigned cleaning tasks.
- Attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
