About The Position

The Morning Floater Teacher role is designed for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and are eager to inspire a love of learning in young minds. This position involves working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children, implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® in a manner that caters to the unique needs of each child. The teacher will create a safe and nurturing environment where children can play and learn, while also maintaining regular communication with parents about their children's adventures and achievements. Additionally, the teacher will support the center's success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals related to enrollment and engagement, and will work to build strong relationships with families and coworkers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/ GED required
• ECE coursework preferred
• Must meet state specific guidelines for the role

Responsibilities

• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions
• Support your center’s success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly
