About The Position

The Morning Floater Teacher role is designed for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and are eager to inspire a love of learning in young minds. This position involves implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children, ensuring that the unique needs of each child are met. The teacher will create a safe and nurturing environment where children can play and learn, while also maintaining regular communication with parents about their children's progress and achievements. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with center staff and leadership to support the center's success in achieving enrollment and engagement goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/ GED required
• ECE coursework preferred
• Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
