Job Summary: Assists customers with their deli food purchases, cooking/serving food for deli items to be purchased, and bagging/coding those items if necessary. Morning Shift 6A-2PM Description of Major Job Tasks: This description is not all-inclusive and is only intended to list major job tasks that can change per management decision. Prep and cook for per the daily menu and customer food orders Clean prep and cooking area per Health Dept. Regulations Assist in stocking condiments for cooking & inventory counts Assist in daily deliveries of prep food and/or condiments Maintain and filter grease fryers Pull cases of food from freezer for next day cooking General floor sweeping and mopping Remove/replace grease or oil from drip pans as needed daily Clean deli case to meet Health Dept. Regulations Bag and code food for purchase
