About The Position

Lehi City is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and professional individual to join their custodial team at the Lehi City Civic Center. This morning shift position plays a key role in preparing the facility for daily operations while working respectfully and quietly in an environment with staff and early occupants present.

Requirements

• Ability to operate custodial equipment and tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and cleaning standards
• Willingness to work early morning hours (4:00 AM to 9:00 AM)
• Ability to work quietly and professionally in occupied buildings
• Ability to work well with supervisors, co-workers, and the public
• Must pass a BCI (background) check
• Employment in this position is conditional upon passing a pre-employment background and drug test

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of custodial and cleaning duties throughout the Civic Center during early morning hours
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, offices, meeting rooms, and public areas
• Complete detailed cleaning tasks while maintaining a low-noise, professional presence in occupied spaces
• Operate light custodial equipment and tools in a safe and non-disruptive manner
• Use cleaning supplies and chemicals safely and according to established procedures
• Follow direction from supervisors while working independently to complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous behavior while interacting with staff and the public
