Requirements
- Caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
- Current California Home Care Aide registration is mandatory.
- Recent TB testing or chest X-ray documentation required.
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. (valid identification, Social Security card, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Provide care with patience, empathy, and professionalism
- Assist with light housekeeping and simple meal preparation
- Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Run errands or provide local transportation, if needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors regarding care updates
