About The Position

The Morning Banquet Server is responsible for providing excellent service to guests during events by anticipating their needs and responding to requests. This role involves setting up for events, serving food and beverages, and cleaning up after the event concludes, all while adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1 year of serving experience (preferred).
• Food Handler Certification (required).
• TIPS certification (preferred).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a banquet or catering environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests at functions while circulating the room.
• Anticipate the needs of guests and respond politely to their requests.
• Set up for events, including putting out tablecloths and place settings.
• Arrange table placement and set up buffets.
• Carry trays and serve guests during events.
• Clean up at the conclusion of events, including breaking down table setups and taking linens to laundry.
