About The Position

The Morning/Midday CNA will deliver supportive care and companionship during the afternoon hours. This role is ideal for caregivers who prefer a predictable morning and midday schedule and enjoy running errands, providing companionship, and assisting with household and personal care tasks.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to maintain client privacy and dignity
• North Carolina CNAs will start at $17/hour; certification must be current and not expired.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ADLs and homemaker tasks preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with afternoon ADLs and toileting, as needed
• Run errands or accompany clients to appointments, as needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, tidy-up)
• Prepare snacks or early dinner prep
• Engage clients in conversation, games, or meaningful activities
• Document all tasks via AxisCare
• Communicate schedule needs or client concerns promptly
• Arrive within the assigned timeframe of the shift
