About The Position
As an MLO, you will serve members of MTC Federal by advising them on the best way to purchase or refinance their home and facilitate the origination of those loans. You will be expected to promptly respond to referrals generated through our marketing efforts as well as referrals generated by internal MTC Federal employees. A successful MTC Federal MLO will leverage these opportunities into external relationships and referral sources. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of consultative sales skills, personal service, the ability to serve members on their schedule, strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong commitment to the communities we serve.
