Support daily operations by assisting patrons, managing front-desk tasks, and handling equipment checkouts and returns. Help prepare, organize, and maintain equipment and storage areas, ensuring items are clean, functional, and properly documented. Perform basic inventory tasks, labeling, and record-keeping. Contribute to general upkeep, special projects, and routine opening/closing procedures as directed by full-time staff. The Equipment Checkout team at Moody College plays a vital role in supporting students, faculty, and staff by managing the reservation, preparation, and return of media production equipment.
