Requirements

12+ ECE units (or willingness to complete)
Experience working with children ages 3–6 preferred
A genuine interest in pursuing Montessori Primary (3–6) training
Strong organizational skills and classroom presence
Professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to growth
A calm, patient, and respectful demeanor

Nice To Haves

Montessori experience is welcomed but not required for the right candidate with a sincere interest in training.

Responsibilities

Support the Lead Guide in maintaining a calm, orderly, and engaging Montessori environment
Assist children in developing independence, concentration, and confidence
Observe and document student progress with care and professionalism
Model respectful communication and grace and courtesy
Collaborate with colleagues to uphold consistency and excellence in the classroom
Gradually assume increased responsibility as you progress toward a Lead Guide role
