About The Position

We are seeking Assistant Teachers to join our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms. Our programs serve children from infancy through age five in a warm, engaging environment that values respect, independence, creativity, and hands-on exploration. Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in preparing and maintaining a safe, organized, and inviting classroom environment
• Work with children individually and in small groups to encourage independence, curiosity, and confidence
• Assist with classroom activities, daily routines, meals, and transitions
• Supervise children indoors and outdoors, ensuring safety and engagement at all times
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom community through teamwork and clear communication
• Model patience, kindness, and respect in all interactions with children, families, and colleagues
