Montessori Preschool Lead Teacher (Ages 3-6, Paid Training and Growth Plan)
About The Position

With four campuses offering programs from Infant through Kindergarten, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated certified Montessori Guide to join our team. Position: Lead Montessori Teacher/Guide We are looking for a warm, authentic guide who is excited to lead with compassion and intention. As a Lead Guide, you’ll be responsible for cultivating an environment that reflects the Montessori Method, while working closely with your team to create a collaborative and inspiring classroom. Our Primary Community (ages 3-6 years old) supports 36 children with a teaching team of 3 teachers: 1 Lead Teacher and a teaching team of 2 Assistant Teachers.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
- Montessori Primary Credential from a MACTE-accredited program.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Montessori classroom with children of Primary age.
