About The Position
Petal Path Montessori Academy is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Montessori Guide to lead our weekday morning program. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about child-led learning and creating a calm, engaging environment where children can explore and grow. Our program is Montessori-inspired and focuses on independence, hands-on learning, and fostering a love of exploration in young children.
Requirements
- Experience working with young children (required)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Warm, patient, and reliable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Montessori experience or training preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Guide children through a structured yet flexible Montessori-inspired morning
- Prepare and maintain a calm, organized classroom environment
- Support children in developing independence, social skills, and engagement
- Facilitate age-appropriate activities rooted in hands-on learning
- Communicate effectively with team members and families as needed
