About The Position
The Montessori Classroom Assistant supports the Montessori Guide in creating and maintaining a nurturing educational environment for children aged 2.5 to 6 years. This role involves classroom management, ensuring the safety and independence of children, and assisting in their social, emotional, and academic development. The Assistant works collaboratively with the Guide and other staff to uphold the Montessori philosophy and maintain a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
