As the Montana Assistance Program (MAP) Coordinator, you will oversee a staff of 3 in service of ensuring that licensees are meeting clinical recommendations and that the program is adhering to best practices in assisting licensees toward rehabilitation. This role coordinates with not only internal but also external stakeholders and facilitates monitoring for licensees who have substance abuse, physical or mental illness issues impacting their practice. The role also serves as a point of contact and liaison for licensees seeking to utilize the program (participants). The program works for the department on behalf of 6 licensing boards and 1 licensing program and is available to over 60,000 licensed Montana providers.
