The Monorail Driver and Customer Service Representative position is a hybrid role that involves both operating the historic Seattle Center Monorail and providing exceptional customer service to passengers. This unique position plays a significant role in providing fast, direct transportation to and from events at Seattle Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers while also engaging with them to create memorable experiences. Candidates must be flexible and able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as the Monorail operates 363 days a year. The position requires a commitment to safety, customer service, and teamwork, with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for all guests. Training will be provided, and candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screening and complete the Monorail Driver Training and Certification process within three months of hire.
