About The Position
The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist at Q2 Impact will provide essential monitoring and evaluation services to support the Department of State's Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs. This mid-level role focuses on implementing monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities, ensuring data quality, and improving program design for foreign assistance programs aimed at promoting democracy and governance.
