The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager for RefugePoint's Direct Services is responsible for overseeing the monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities for the organization's client-serving programs. This role ensures a comprehensive and integrated approach to MEL across various programs, including the Urban Refugee Protection Program and Resettlement Program. The MEL Manager will lead a team, support the professional development of MEL Associates, and ensure data quality and effective reporting.
