We are looking for a full-time Monitoring and Outcomes Specialist to join our team! All you need is a high school diploma or equivalent, but experience in Texas child welfare is a plus. A Day in the Life of a Monitoring and Outcomes Specialist As a Monitoring and Outcomes Specialist, you will support a team responsible for ensuring best practices and positive outcomes for youth in the Texas foster care system. You will collaborate with the Monitoring and Outcomes Manager to review documentation, conduct quality assurance, and ensure timely responses to external stakeholders.
