About The Position

As a Monitor you will have an opportunity to demonstrate your skills as a detailed oriented multitasker, ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities. You will assist with day to day tasks and overlook a team of cashiers and assist with their needs. You will also handle guest complaints and provide great customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy items (50 lbs).

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and processing license plate images captured by a License Plate Recognition/Inventory system.
  • Responding to entry and exit alarms.
  • Maintaining close communications with management or other company personnel, using phone or two-way radios.
  • Responding to customer requests, questions and complaints.
  • Opening and closing entry and exit lanes as assigned.
  • Assisting cashiers with customer fees when conventional processing fails.
  • Accountable for meeting or exceeding established performance targets.
  • Order and maintain a supply of necessary materials and equipment.
  • Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service, including assisting with parking, handling customer issues, and maintaining a clean and safe facility.
  • Ensure that guests receive exceptional service and address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Regularly update upper management on operational challenges.
  • Foster clear and open communication within the team and with other departments.
  • Provide training to workers on safety regulations, equipment usage, and job duties.
  • Promote teamwork, inclusion, and respect among all staff.
