Get to Know Your Team: Hillcrest Hospital Claremore is a 49-bed acute care medical center offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including maternity and women’s services, ICU and cardiology services in the advanced cardiac catheterization lab. Learn About a Day in the Life of a Monitor Technician: Responsible for supporting the mission of the hospital. Monitor Technician under the direction and supervision of the ICU charge nurse. Responsible for monitoring the EKG patterns of patients on telemetry. Responsible for manning the nursing station. Performing clerical/receptionist duties, requisitioning supplies, equipment, and services from other departments. Transcribing/entering patient orders.

Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent.
Must have skills to respond quickly and calmly under stressful or emergency situations.
Must possess written skills to write legibly.
Good telephone etiquette.
Clean, well-kept appearance.
