Requirements

• High school or GED required.
• Must have recent Monitor Tech or EKG experience.
• Must be able to pass a basic arrhythmia test.

Responsibilities

• Observe and analyze the cardiac rhythm of patients on telemetry and hardwire monitor under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrate competency in cardiac arrhythmia, accurate record keeping and logging.
• Follow established policies and procedures and established standards.
