Website: https://www.nnmc.com This Monitor Tech/Unit Clerk opportunity is full time on our Medical Tele Unit and offers a convenient night shift schedule. We are looking for a dynamic Monitor Tech/Unit Clerk that will monitor cardiac rhythms via direct cardiac screen or telemetry monitors. Meets communication needs of the department. Transcribes physician orders from records with notation and signatures by nursing staff. Prepares and compiles records in the department. Maintains regulatory body requirements, policies and procedures and participates in performance improvement activities Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.

Requirements

High School diploma or the equivalent, preferred.
BLS Certification required.
CNA license preferred.
Must have Monitor Tech experience with reading ECG interpretation and be able to pass a competency test prior to be hired on.
Basic computer knowledge.
Word processing.
