About The Position

The Monitor Technician is responsible for issuing telemetry units for continuous monitoring of all telemetry patients. This role includes the discontinuation of telemetry when ordered and managing the clerical steps involved in the telemetry process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• On the job training and attendance at rhythm interpretation class with testing to verify proficiency
• Proficient in written and verbal communication skills for documentation and patient, family and staff interactions

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with rhythm interpretation preferred

Responsibilities
