About The Position

TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. The Institute of Monetization Integrity (IMI) team, part of the Global Monetization Strategy and Operation (MSO) organization, is seeking a Monetization Strategy Integrity Intern for the summer of 2025. This internship is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, allowing them to develop fundamental skills while exploring potential career paths. The IMI team plays a crucial role in driving sustainable business growth by balancing risk, revenue, cost, and experience across TikTok's monetization products and global markets. As an intern, you will oversee the integrity of priority regional markets, ensuring that TikTok remains a trusted platform for advertisers. The internship program runs for 12 weeks, starting in May/June 2025, with specific start dates available. Successful candidates will engage in various activities, including conducting research on key integrity issues, identifying gaps in existing policies, and providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. You will also track external environments related to monetization integrity, build metrics to inform performance, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable solutions.
